Hill Side Terrace Cluster includes 1–3 Hill Side Terrace, 1A Hill Side Terrace, Nam Koo Terrace, Miu Kang Terrace, Schooner Street Site and 18 Sau Wa Fong. Town Planning Board agreed the rezoning proposal on 10 January 2025, and decided to present the Draft Wan Chai Outline Zoning Plan No. S/H5/32 to Chief Executive in Council for endorsement on 14 November 2025.
