Hopewell Participated The Green Heroes – Treasure for Green Fun Day

Hopewell Holdings Limited (“Hopewell”) formed a Hopewell Social Club team to participate “The Green Heroes – Treasure for Green Fun Day” organized by World Green Organization (WGO) at Wu Kwai Sha Youth Village on 27 February, 2016. It aimed to encourage the participants to pursue a green lifestyle and build team spirit through treasure hunt, waste upcycling workshop and promoting the concept of reduce, reuse and recycle.

Hopewell Signed “Waste Check Charter”

Hopewell Holdings Limited (“Hopewell”) supported the “Waste Check Charter” launched by the Environmental Protection Department, with Hopewell Centre, E-Max and Panda Place pledged to regularly measure the quantity of waste disposed of and recyclables collected and formulate concrete plans to assist in achieving the waste reduction goals.
 
The Waste Check Charter has been launched and well supported by local shopping malls, hotels, universities and colleges, government departments and other related organisations.

Hopewell was Awarded Green Office Awards Labelling Scheme (GOALS) Label from World Green Organisation (WGO)

Hopewell Holdings Limited (“Hopewell”) received “Green Office” Label and “Better World Company” Label from World Green Organisation (WGO) and the United Nations Millennium Development Goals respectively to recognise our efforts on driving towards a low carbon and green office.

Hopewell Received Certificate of Appreciation in the 5th Friends of EcoPark

Hopewell Holdings Limited (“Hopewell”), Hopewell Centre Management Limited and GARDENEast Management Limited have been awarded Certificate of Appreciation in the 5th Friends of EcoPark from the Environmental Protection Department (EPD) in recognition of our support for EcoPark tenants and to encourage further mutual collaboration.
 
The Friends of EcoPark scheme is launched by EPD in 2010. It aims to encourage partnership development between the private and public sectors and EcoPark tenants in providing the tenants with improved access to waste source supplies, enhanced collection of recyclables, and greater use of recycled products produced by the EcoPark tenants.

Hopewell Continued to Join WWF-Hong Kong Corporate Membership Programme “Silver Member”

Hopewell Holdings Limited (“Hopewell”) is committed to fulfilling its corporate social responsibility initiatives on environment protection and corporate sustainability. In order to support the conservation works conducted by WWF, Hopewell joined WWF-Hong Kong Corporate Membership Programme for the fourth consecutive year as Silver Member.
