| Hopewell Organized “Hopewell Junior Volunteers Programme – Kin-Ball Experience Day” | | | 04 Mar 2017
Hopewell Holdings Limited (“Hopewell”) continued to Support the Grant-in-aid Brightens Children’s Lives Service of St. James’ Settlement and co-organized “Hopewell Junior Volunteers Programme” for primary school students. Around 40 students from S.K.H. Chu Oi Primary School (Lei Muk Shue) and the children of Hopewell’s staff joined Kin-Ball Experience Day held on 4 March. During the event, the participants learnt basic Kin-Ball skills and joined friendly competition to develop team spirit as well as build friendships among the participants. |

Hopewell Holdings Limited (“Hopewell”) continued to support “Hong Kong and Kowloon Walk” to raise funds for "Family and Child Welfare Services", to maintain and strengthen family bonding and to assist the family members in establishing mutual support. In addition to the company’s donation, Hopewell also matched the staff donations dollar-for-dollar.
On 8 Jan, around 110 employees and their families set off from Hong Kong Stadium to finish the 10-km Walkathon at Aberdeen Country Park Visitors Centre. Every participant who completed the walk received a certificate of appreciation from the Community Chest. Panda Hotel also prepared a lunch for our participating staff at the destination at Aberdeen Country Park. |
| Hopewell Sponsored “Happy Family Poon Choi Banquet” for the Fifth Consecutive Year | | | 17 Dec 2016
Hopewell Holdings Limited (“Hopewell”) supported “Happy Family Poon Choi Feast” held at Southorn Playground for the fifth consecutive year by sponsoring 2,000 sets of HH Social Club gift packs for the senior citizens and residents of Wan Chai who attended the event. The gift packs contained 5 useful daily care items including tooth brush set, Vaseline, Pak Fah Yeow, alcohol-based hand sanitizer and hand cream.
“Happy Family Poon Choi Feast” was co-organized by the Community Building Committee of Wan Chai District Council, Wan Chai Methodist Centre for the Seniors and St. James’ Settlement Wan Chai District Elderly Community Centre, promoting family harmony and demonstrate our care to the singleton elderly and the socially withdrawn elderly. |

Hopewell Holdings Limited (“Hopewell”) received “Merit Award (Volunteer Category)” and “Corporate Citizenship Logo (Enterprise Category)” at the award ceremony of “The 7th Hong Kong Corporate Citizenship Program” in recognition of our continued efforts on sustainability.
“Hong Kong Corporate Citizenship Program” is co-organised by Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) and the Committee on the Promotion of Civic Education (CPCE), aims at raising public awareness towards corporate citizenship, encouraging corporate to fulfill social responsibilities and integrating citizenship concept into business model and operation, and ultimately promote sustainability of economy, society and environment. |

Hopewell Holdings Limited (“Hopewell”) supported “Wan Chai District Warmth Action 2016-2017”. HH Social Club volunteers joined with other volunteers to bring the blessing and gifts by visiting singleton elderly in Wan Chai on 12 November 2016.
