Hopewell Holdings Limited ("Hopewell") once again joined the Youth Development Council (YDC) "FutureMind® Workshop", reaffirming its commitment to nurturing innovation and entrepreneurial spirit among the younger generation.
Three company ambassadors visited Hotung Secondary School and engaged with 13 Form 4 and Form 5 students. Through the inspiring story of "Kung Lee Sugarcane Juice" and scenario-based discussions, the ambassadors encouraged students to explore how creativity can be transformed into viable business models, while enhancing their problem-solving and adaptability skills.

| Hopewell "Tuen Ng Tour 2026": Warm Companionship Bringing Elderly Outdoors to Spread Festive Care | | | 16 May 2026
Hopewell Holdings Limited ("Hopewell") has long been committed to fulfilling its corporate social responsibility and caring for underprivileged groups in the community. Welcoming the Tuen Ng Festival, the "HH Social Club Tuen Ng Volunteer Programme” co-organized by Hopewell and St. James' Settlement, marked its 16th consecutive year, having served over 15,000 elderly individuals to date. Beyond traditional home visits, a special group outing," Tuen Ng Tour 2026", was organized on May 16. Fifteen Hopewell volunteers accompanied more than 30 elderly individuals to step outdoors and enjoy a heartwarming weekend together.
Scenic Walks and Spiritual Companionship
Accompanied by dedicated volunteers, the elderly participants traveled by coach to scenic spots in the New Territories:
．Strolling Wun Chuen Sin Kwoon: Volunteers and elderly strolled through the peaceful gardens and enjoyed a vegetarian lunch together.
．Blessings at Lam Tsuen Wishing Trees: Volunteers assisted the elderly in wishing tree rituals and tossing wishing placards, celebrating the festive occasion in high spirits.
For many elderly participants, the excursion was more than just a day trip—it served as a rare opportunity for social engagement and emotional warmth. Volunteers noted how meaningful the experience was, realizing the profound value of spiritual companionship. |
| Hopewell Mall Supports “Secondhand Easter” Volunteer Team Champions Clothing Reuse | | | 30 Mar 2026
Jointly organized by Green Ladies, Redress, JupYeah, and Retrovert, the "Secondhand Easter" was successfully held at Hopewell Mall in Wan Chai, with venue sponsorship provided by Hopewell. Over three days, the event attracted nearly 4,000 visitors, with more than 1,000 attendees each day. The initiative successfully promoted clothing reuse and gave secondhand garments a new life within the community.
Market Setup — March 26
Volunteers from different departments dedicated their efforts to behind-the-scenes preparation, including sorting clothing, steaming and ironing garments, arranging racks, and setting up the venue. Their teamwork created a clean and welcoming environment for the market.
Donation Day Support — March 30
On Donation Day, volunteers assisted with welcoming and registering beneficiaries, patiently helping low-income women select suitable clothing (up to 15 pieces each). They also maintained venue cleanliness and supported packaging of items. This thoughtful service allowed beneficiaries to feel the warmth and care of the community, embodying the spirit of "HH Social Club" |
| HH Social Club Volunteer Team Joins Hands to Green Sai Kung Tsiu Hang | | | 28 Mar 2026
The "Hong Kong Tree Planting Day 2026", organized by "Green Fun" under the Concerted Effects Resource Centre, was successfully held on March 28 at Sai Kung Tsiu Hang. The event attracted nearly 2,000 participants who together planted 5,000 native tree seedlings, contributing to Hong Kong's greening efforts.
HH Social Club volunteer team took part in this meaningful activity. Although the team was small in number, the spirit of unity was strong, with members supporting one another throughout. Guided by staff from the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department, volunteers hiked and planted trees while learning about local plant species and experiencing the beauty of Hong Kong's natural ecology. Planting seedlings by hand allowed participants to play a direct role in protecting the environment.
The event was graced by several officiating guests and government officials, including Chief Secretary for Administration Chan Kwok-ki and Secretary-General of the Liaison Office Wang Songmiao. Together with representatives from various sectors, they planted seedlings to demonstrate society's collective commitment to promoting sustainable green development. |
