During the Macau Sales project, our department was short-staffed and thus asked for help from colleagues of other teams. Everyone worked in a very collaborative manner. Despite having to be on duty even on holidays, there were no complaints, demonstrating great inter-departmental support.
GardenEast was Hopewell's first serviced apartment project, and thus had its challenges. However, the project proceeded smoothly and achieved an excellent letting rate because it received tremendous support from senior management and other colleagues. I believe that as long as we view work with optimism and collaborate with one another, this positive energy will help us achieve ideal results.
