I joined Hopewell in 2008 through the Management Trainee Program. Early on, I worked in Project Development and handled initial research on the Wind Power project. Around that time, there was a related conference overseas, and Mr. Thomas Wu recommended that I attend in order to learn more about the mature Wind Energy market in Europe. I was a very new staff member then, yet I was given the chance to learn and expand my horizon – I am still very grateful for this. Hopewell is a place full of opportunities and challenges. As a part of this team, one needs to be bold, to actively work together with colleagues, and to give our very best.
