Hopewell Holdings Limited actively encourages colleagues to participate in volunteer activities, working together to build a better community. Over the past year, the “Hopewell Social Club Volunteer Team” delivered outstanding performance in social services, contributing a total of 540 volunteer hours. In recognition of our selfless dedication and commitment, Hopewell was honored with the Corporate – Certificate of Appreciation in the Hong Kong Volunteer Award 2024, presented by the Agency for Volunteer Service.
 
Promoting a Culture of Volunteering
To further strengthen our corporate volunteer culture, Hopewell Holdings has launched the “Love Value Added Programme (LVA)”. The programme encourages employees to actively participate in three key areas:
．Learning – enhancing continuous professional and personal development through internal training
．Volunteering – contributing time and effort to community service
．Activity – recognizing the importance of work-life balance
 
Through this initiative, we aim to empower employees to grow professionally, contribute to society, and enhance personal well-being. Eligible participants will be rewarded with additional leave based on their annual LVA points.
