PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO MANAGING DIRECTOR (Ref.: PA-MD/H/0110)

Duties:

 

Fully involved in all the activities of the Managing Director, with personal responsibility for key areas such as
- Overseeing the Managing Director's daily calendar
- Planning and scheduling management meetings
- Overseeing all travel plans and related arrangements
- Handling important business and external parties' correspondences
- Coordinating external activities and other high profile conferences
Handle, digest, analyze and prioritize corporate and personal issues that covers business, operational and external parties' working matters
Handle ad-hoc issues and carry out special work projects related to the company operations, prepare statistical and operational reports and recommendations

Duties:

 

Report to the Investor Relations Manager, responsible for creating and maintaining an investor relation platform which serves the senior management in effectively communicating with institutional investors and equity analysts

Assist in preparing presentation material for investor meetings
Monitor and analyze the investment community’s view on the Company

Report to Senior Leasing Manager, the incumbent will handle leasing activities of the Company, including planning, and implementation of leasing tasks, tenants and clients liaison, tenancy administration and agreement preparation, co-ordination on takeover/handover of premises, fitting-out works, renovation works and ad hoc duties.

 

Requirements:
