Hopewell was Awarded at “The 8th Hong Kong Corporate Citizenship Program”     Hopewell Holdings Limited (“Hopewell”) received “Merit Award (Enterprise Category)” and “Corporate Citizenship Logo (Volunteer Category)” at the award ceremony of “The 8th Hong Kong Corporate Citizenship Program” in recognition of our continued efforts on sustainability.   “Hong Kong Corporate Citizenship Program” is co-organised by Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) and the Committee on the Promotion of Civic Education (CPCE). The Program aims to raise public awareness towards corporate citizenship by organizing a series of activities, encourage corporate to fulfill social responsibilities and integrate citizenship concept into business model and operation, and ultimately promote sustainability of economy, society and environment.     Hopewell Received Green Office Awards Labelling Scheme (GOALS) Label from World Green Organisation (WGO)     Hopewell Holdings Limited (“Hopewell”) took part in the Green Office Awards Labelling Scheme (GOALS) and received “Green Office” Label, “Eco-Healthy Workplace” Label and “certificate of recognition” from World Green Organisation (WGO) in recognition of our efforts on driving towards a low carbon and green office.   Hopewell Received Certificate of Appreciation by Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China     Hopewell Holdings Limited (“Hopewell”) received “HKACEP Excellent Award For Supportive Employer” at the Award Presentation on IOC Trophy cum Hong Kong Athletes Career & Education Programme (HKACEP) and Sports Legacy Scheme (SLS) Appreciation Ceremony 2017 in recognition of our continuous support.   HKACEP, under the auspices of the Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China and subvented by Home Affairs Bureau of HKSAR Government was established since 2008, has been providing career, education and life skills supports to retired and retiring athletes. The programme has been providing various supports to over 1,100 athletes from 45 National Sports Associations since its launching.   Hopewell Received “Outstanding Walk Team Award” by the 2016/2017 Walks for Million     Hopewell Holdings Limited (“Hopewell”) and Hopewell Highway Infrastructure Limited were awarded “Outstanding Walk Team Award” and Certificate of Appreciation of the Hong Kong and Kowloon Walk respectively at the 2016/2017 Walks for Millions Cheque and Award Presentation Ceremony to acknowledge the participation of 111 employees, their friends and relatives. The donation will support the services of 24 social welfare agencies in providing "Family and Child Welfare Services".   Hopewell received Certificate of Excellence at the HKIRA 3rd Investor Relations Awards     Hopewell Holdings Limited (“Hopewell”) received the Certificate of Excellence at the HKIRA 3rd Investor Relations Awards organized by the Hong Kong Investor Relations Association in recognition of the Group’s achievement in investor relations.   Hopewell was Awarded Waste Check Charter Waster Check Promotional Partner Award – Class of Good     Hopewell Holdings Limited (“Hopewell”) signed the Waste Check Charter organized by the Environmental Protection Department. Hopewell Centre, E-Max and Panda Place were received Waste Check Charter Waster Check Promotional Partner Award – Class of Good and Waster Check Commitment Award in recognition of the Group’s effort in holding waste reduction publicity and educational activities.   The 18-month Waste Check Charter was organized by the Environmental Protection Department with the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) serving as the executive agent. A total of 118 signatory organizations participated. Among them, 67 signatory organizations were received with the Waste Check Promotional Partner Awards. The signatory organizations regularly measured the quantity of waste sent for disposal and recyclables collected and formulated concrete plans to achieve their waste reduction goals.   Hopewell Awarded Business for Sustainability Logo     Hopewell Holdings Limited (“Hopewell”) has been awarded Business for Sustainability logo by the Sustainability Management Research Centre at Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Hong Kong Council of Social Service in recognition of our significant progress in integrating sustainable practices across business operations.   “Business for Sustainability” represents the next level of achievement after “Caring Company”. We are accessed by VPI model – Values, Process and Impact on our sustainability vision and principles, management systems and practices, and impact on a range of stakeholder groups.   Hopewell and Ten Subsidiaries Awarded in the Caring Company Logo     Hopewell Holdings Limited (“Hopewell”) and ten of its subsidiaries have been awarded the Caring Company Logo 2017/2018 by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service in recognition of our continuous commitment to the community, the employees and the environment.   This year, Hopewell Holdings Limited and Hopewell Highway Infrastructure Limited have been awarded the honour for ten consecutive years and received the accolade of ‘10 Years Plus Caring Company Logo’.
