PROJECT MANAGER / ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER (PM/APM/A/1108)

Duties:

 

Manage and oversee operating activities of joint venture in China
Monitor and control of highway project under construction
Handle budget administration, project reporting and analysis
Monitor and analyze project performance
Perform cashflow and financial analysis
Need to communicate with various external parties like government, banks, consultants, etc.
Frequently travel and station in Pearl River Delta region for 2-3 days a week if required

 

Requirements:

 

Degree holder in Business / Finance or related disciplines
Minimum 3-5 years' project management and / or financial management experiences, preferable in PRC engineering project or infrastructural project;
Self-motivated, analytical, good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure and independently
Good communication skills, fluent in both written and spoken English and Putonghua
Proficient in MS office applications and Chinese Word Processing

     
Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Project Executive.

 
 

SENIOR LEASING MANAGER (Ref.: SLM/D/0308)

Duties:

 

Overall responsible for the leasing and management of one of the retail development within the Group
Maintain a good mix of tenants to achieve target rentals and maximize returns
Promote good landlord and tenant relationships
Responsible for budgetary control, leasing, tenancy renewal, rent review and licensing
Recommend leasing strategy and commercial terms for management’s consideration

 

Requirements:

 

Degree holder in Business / Property related discipline with professional qualification in MRICS / MHKIS is an advantage
Minimum 10 years' experience in leasing and property management of retail premises of which at least 5 years in managerial capacity
Strong negotiation, communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage

 

 
 

SENIOR OFFICER (GRAPHIN DESIGN) (Ref.: SOGD/D/1008)

Duties:

Responsible for developing all two dimensional graphic design, including printed materials, creating print advertise, advertising & marketing collaterals such as posters, leaflets and promoting special events
Requirements

Requirements:

 

Diploma or above in Graphic Design
3-5 years solid experience, with experience in retail properties is definite an advantage
Creative, initiative and committed, able to work under pressure and tight schedules
Proficient in both spoken and written English & Chinese
Familiar with Photoshop, Illustrator, knowledge in photography is preferable

 
 

SENIOR LEASING OFFICER / LEASING OFFICER (Ref.: SLO/LO/A/0908)

Duties:

 

The incumbent will be responsible for handling the leasing duties of a brand new serviced apartment project with over 200 rooms, and a new luxurious residential development in HK.
Duties included planning, and implementation of leasing tasks, tenants and clients liaison, tenancy administration and agreement preparation, co-ordination on takeover/handover of premises, fitting-out works, renovation works and ad hoc duties.

 

Requirements:

 

Degree holder in Marketing / Business Administration / Estate Management or related disciplines
2-5 years' work experience in residential properties to prospective tenants, preference would be given to applicants with experience in property agencies
Familiar with property and tenancy legislation and related knowledge preferred
Proficient in both spoken and written English & Chinese
Well-versed in MS Office is required

   
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Leasing Officer.

 

 

 

ASSISTANT LEASING OFFICER (Ref.: ALO/A/0508)

Duties:

The incumbent will assist to handle full range leasing activities of the Company, including planning, implementing, control of leasing tasks, tenants and clients liaison, tenancy administration and agreement preparation, co-ordination on takeover/handover of premises, fitting-out works, renovation works and ad hoc duties.

Requirements:

 

Degree holder in Marketing / Business Administration / Surveying / Estate Management or related disciplines
1-2 years' experience in marketing retail spaces to prospective tenants
Familiar with property and tenancy legislation and related knowledge preferred
Proficient in both spoken and written English & Chinese
Well-versed in MS Office Applications

 
 

BUSINESS EXECUTIVE (Ref.: BE/D/0908)

Duties:

 

Reporting to Business Development Managers to perform the tasking in relation to various development projects
Assist to prepare financial forecast and budgeting for business units
Assist to prepare business plan and analyze business performance
Prepare ad hoc analysis and build financial models for project analysis and appraisal
Conduct market researches and studies on business analysis for overall planning and operational purposes
Liaise with joint ventures parties and administer joint venture’s operations
Provide administrative support to management

 

Requirements:

 

University graduate in Finance / Economics / Business or other relevant disciplines
1 - 2 years' relevant working experience, preferably in the property industry
Excellent communication, analytical and financial modelling skills
Good interpersonal and presentation skills
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua will definitely be an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office especially Chinese word processing & PowerPoint

Requirements:

 

Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related discipline

With CFA II/III will be an advantage
Proficiency in PC skills, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint and Word
